HBOS and lloyds job losses

We need not go into the banking crisis here, im sure we are all familiar with the cause and its effects.
The bosses of hbos and lloyds are now massively cutting down on employee numbers in a 'death by a 1000 cuts' manner. This is holding the unions from striking, stopping those naive enough to think they will keep there jobs from standing up and keeping the media quiet about it.
All the while the media is talking of the end of the reccession, IMO it is important that it is kept fresh in the peoples minds that the recession may be over for the bosses, but for the working class it has barely started.
I am not capable of organising any action my self, as i am not yet very active and know few other anarchists. But i urge the more active amongst us to do something.
If the hbos/lloyds emplyees can be encouraged and supported in taking action then this disgraceful treatment of the working class will not go quite so unnoticed.
