Minor help with a graphic

Hi all, got a very small favour to ask as I can't do it right now.

But we are creating intros for all our country tags with little maps.

Problem is, the maps we are using don't have one for Palestine, so could somebody please just redraw the Israel one quickly, colouring in the West Bank and Gaza instead of Israel?
