Organising (maybe but probably) a public meeting on national liberation struggle, jacobinism and anarchism

There is something I want to organise for the past 4 years. As you may know I live in Rennes, main town of Brittany ( or Bretagne or Breizh). I would like to organise a public meeting on national liberation struggle, jacobinism and anarchism.
I was thinking on inviting some comrades from Ireland. Locally I would ask people from the CNT-F, Huch! ( anarcho independentists) and the anarchist federation.
My questions are what themes could you see and how to develop them?
