Seattle Solidarity Network and other Solidarity Networks

We will be discussing a new Solidarity Network in Glasgow again next Tuesday. It would be really handy if any of the recordings of the talks in England were made available before then.

In the meantime I would be interested in any thoughts on what are the lessons to be learnt from anyone who attended the talks or who has been involved with other solidarity networks or similar set ups.

We recorded Brighton tonight, but due to shite camera we need to edit together 3 video files plus an audio one. Will do it asap but no promises.

Cheers, as its video, might consider screening at a later date.

Bristol indymedia also filmed it. London talk should have audio, but waiting to hear on that.

Obviously, I have quite a lot to say on solidarity networks, but I am busy traveling and seeing my family so it may have to wait a few days.

What happened to the old solidarity network in Glasgow, set up around a year ago? I would be interested in learning more about why quite a few attempts to start up solnets have failed, so we can solve those problems in the future.
