While I am sympathetic to the goal of directly attacking party funding, I think

a) It will be a futile attempt
b) The underlying goals of your petition are incompatible with our philosophy

Point b) is why I don't think people from this site will participate (or at least not in a significant number). We don't want to reform the state, we want to abolish it.
