Hey guys

Those of us who attended the Christmas drinks had such a pleasant time we decided to repeat the exerience! smile

There are a few more people down for this one so far- atm about 8-12 peeps are coming.

Any poster who would like to join us is welcome - post, pm or just turn up!

If you are brand new and don't know what anyone looks like, feel free to pm and i will provide descriptions of some of us - this worked well last time and was amusing! tongue

The details are:

Fri 8 February

8pm onwards

Doric Arch (prev Head of Steam)
1 Eversholt St
Euston
NW1

In the odd row of shops opp a main exit/entrance. Also overlooks the bus depot.

Is it not a bit dodgy giving new people descriptions of yourselves - you never know they could be fascists, police spies or raving lunatics(or even all three!). Why not ask people to PM you a description of themselves?

I do both!

Tbh the descriptions are not exactly detailed and accurate as portrayed in crime dramas, laugh out loud

more like a "very tall man", "a short fat woman" smile. just so they have a rough idea of what table to aim for.. and no offence but i don't wanna keep having to accost strangers and ask if they are who i am looking for.. that can be dodgy too! wink

I came from Israel way back in October for about ten days. You sure missed me. Not sure I'll have the money to do that again in the near future unless I migrate.

You should definitely come over to Israel, though; things are much cheaper here, and both guys and girls will fall over you left and right for having a British/Welsh/Scots/Irish/Whatever accent.

yep i have been but i was in thw west bank most of the time. I can go and stay with mates but they are either punks or (and i quote) 'genderqueer' so guys or girls will only be falling over themselves to avoid me.*

Just to say me and a couple of others are getting there a bit early eg about 7.30pm to have a "something with chips" pub meal before the drinks - all welcome if you are running early/need to eat etc. smile
