I have a mate who is usually walking his dog around there at that time. He says all the local (mini) gangs have strangely disappeared.

Last year a good mate of mine lived on Hundsdon Road (one block before John Williams Close). Not as sketchy as the Queens Road side of Old Kent Road that's for sure. wink

...that is easily the most sensationalist and scaremongering piece of news ive seen in a long time. New cross really isnt as sketchy as theyre making out, but hey! maybe it'll slow down the gentrification process at least.... tongue x
