I read a really good article a while ago that was re-posted on libcom and I can't find it now. I was wondering if anyone else would know what/where it was.
It talked about fightbacks against gentrification/displacement, but how those could degrade into demanding the right to stay in a place and go on living in poverty/unstable conditions, and how to get beyond that double-bind. It also got a lot into policies meant to bring wealth into places, about what determined rent prices and property values, etc. (It wasn't Housing Monster but it took on some of the same angles.)
