Looking for an Article on Rape Culture and Public "Courting"

Hey, y'all, looking for an essay I read recently, the link to which I think I found in a libcom comment section about a month ago, but can't relocate. Help, plz!

'Twas a super-well-written, comical (but informative) step-by-step guide on how "nice," "well-intentioned" dudes who don't want to rape people but still want to meet womyn in public can avoid participating in 'cat-calling,' staring, and other predatory behaviors. Some of it seemed to be tied in to the writers' personal experience on a metro somewhere, with some statistics and things. There was a good bit about "teaching men to not rape" which was worded in a way I think more palatable than more dense theoretical discussions on the topic for the audience I've in mind.

Any help locating this particular article would be great; additionally I'm having some trouble with my coworkers sexually harassing other coworkers and all attempts to 1. simply ask them to stop with no explanation then 2. relate their icky behavior to the perpetuation of rape culture has been met with the usual 'I was just joking,' 'can't be nice to woman these days,' 'you know I didn't even mean it like that' garbage and I'm looking for ways to tackle this without management intervention. Links to other pieces that could help would be greatly appreciated (especially those written from a sister worker/organizer's perspective.)

Thx!
