Krug's pen

Can anyone more adept at internet searching than myself tell me in which of Hegel's texts is the footnote about Krug's pen? Krug (what a name) had challenged Hegel to deduce his pen from the Absolute Idea. Hegel refused, saying that it was merely contingent and thus fell outside philosophy. Anyone know where I can find this piece of text?
