A friend of mind talks about "excellence in the community" to take the piss out of bullshit-speak. I thought she made the term up. Perhaps she did.

The other day when I was queuing up in a post office, trying to avoid looking at the "DEBT IS FREEDOM" videos and posters, and the sign offering to exchange foreign currency at "0% COMMISSION" (they didn't mention the 23% buy/sell spread), I saw leaflets promoting precisely...
