I've just sent a copy of Stuff Your Boss to someone who's being under paid by Wal-Mart in the Midlands. However, her fiancee is a prison officer. Could some of the specialists on this thread please tell me what my correct response should have been in this situation?

Not sending a pamphlet on UK labour rights to someone in the US/Canada?

And you never talk to him now, since you're middle class? I have to admit that I'm shocked, shocked.

The only time I've spoken to him in 4 months was to mock his car accident that meant he couldn't afford to drive anymore. That'll learn him not to tell me.

Serge, what i meant was that the IWW could use more anarchists/A-Ss as members. I don't think the IWW should declare itself anarchist.

Martin, as many IWWs will tell you, we recognize that the fight against wage slavery is itself political. FWIW, some of the most inspiring 'class-warriors' i've met were people who joined the IWW to fuck their boss, and developed into revolutionaries.

Hi OT,
I wouldn't dispute this, I don't think there are many on this board who would dispute the central role of class struggle in the class struggle, if you see what I mean.

Did I imply something else (or say it)?

Regards,

Martin

Martin,

my apologies. My tendencies to categorize people on BBSs by their political affiliation, and how long they've held it, has caused me to confuse you and Steve.

Steve,

My earlier comment was directed at you.
