Before this line:

"The foot on my neck is part of a body"

Can't sit still-doing nothing-I can't sit still..I start thinking that I'm cool.

Gotta sit cool-no other wat be sitting.

The two stringed guitar-on the road-two strings on that guitar.

What the eyes see - Mind don't remember.

Not the same as like it was- When the eyes see.

i think it can be related to ID cards...that would be the foot on (our ) necks....but...easy to forget that the foot is part of a body...the body being NWO...capitialism....all the rest of it...the struggle....a song...part of a song sung many times years ago..."the song i sing is part of an echo...the foot on my nect is part of a body..."
