Cheers!
Hi Dilair,
The Basildon factory is no longer occupied, but the workers are holding daily pickets outside the plant.
Enfield and the Northern Ireland site are still occupied.
Priama akcia - IWA/AIT Slovakia sent the following e-mail on 5th April to visteonoccupation@googlemail.com and supportvisteonoccupation@hotmail.com:
Dear workers from London and Belfast,
We would like to express our solidarity with your struggle at least via e-mail and wish you much strength. We think you realize it, but we would like to stress it anyway - you are giving an example to other workers. Your actions show that many times the situation is not as desperate as it looks like.
We are going to spread information about your struggle through our website and other means in Slovakia and Czech in the next days.
In solidarity and with comradely greetings,
Daniel Drevený
(International Secretary),
on behalf of Priama akcia - Slovak section of International Workers' Association (IWA/AIT)

I can't make it up to Visteon tomorrow, but Deezer and Notch are going, so I'm going to print off the various leaflet (e.g. US one) and messages of support in case the Belfast workers might wanna see them or stick them up to boost morale.
If anyone has any more messages of support it'd be cool if they were posted here

An IWW delegate in Northern California hereby sends Solidarity to these workers and wishes you Godspeed in your struggle.

I am a Brazilian journalist resident in São Paulo and, in solidarity, started to translate into Portuguese and to post in my blog (http://mundodostrabalhadores.blogspot.com/) some of the news about your struggle, important for the workers of the whole world.
By the way, are all the three factories occupied? It´s unclear to me.
Greetings
Dilair Aguiar
