Proposed changes to forums

We are planning on removing all group forums on this site, as they get very little traffic and most groups tend to favour their own forums or lists or whatever. You can read about the changes on http://libcom.org/forums/feedback-content/proposed-changes-forums-09092008 and if you want to place an objection please do so there....
