Hello from Bilston

Been pondering getting up of my arse and actually being an anarchist rather than just explaining to my friends what it means… which they have been asking a lot of late, due to the council wanting to lower the roof of my flat by two inches (so it’s the same as the one next door!), but I’ll save my fight against the Bilston Urban renewal people for another thread/time, so I don’t bore you all to death on my first post.
I am 26, definitely female and originally from Leeds. I have lived in the West Midlands for about 5 years in such glamorous places as Oldbury, Rowley Regis and now Bilston, which is just outside Wolverhampton, in case you don’t know. I work for a small, independent publisher, sorting out art related things, but also copyedit, write strange role-playing games and just about anything the other people I work with don’t want to do.
Not sure if I’ll be able to make it to many of your meetings, due to the wonders of public transport, but I’ll do my best.

I guess I’m free any week day night over the next couple of weeks.
Next weekend the pub across the road from me is having its yearly beer festival and some of my friends are working there, so I have to go and prop up the bar for them! Then the weekend after there is another beer festival in Wolverhampton!
So let me know when everyone else is free and I’d be happy to come and meet up.

That sounds great, as I said in my previous post I am busy drinking for the next two weekends, but your all more than welcome to come and join me.
I don't know how much chance we'll get to talk amid all the beer, but my friends are used to me ranting about the government and such, so won't mind.

If weekends are going to be a problem, I can get into Birmingham fairly easily, as long as it’s somewhere in or near the city centre. I have lived in the midlands for over five years now, but Birmingham still confuses me, I guess it doesn’t help that they keep moving things around!

Okay… hahaha…
I have no opinion of West Brom, as I am from Leeds… so the least said about football clubs the better! Although I live with a bloke who supports them?
As for Drum and Bass, I like it with a real Drum and a real Bass… other than that I am an old school Goth, who grew up on Sisters of Mercy and Chumbawamba!
Any more questions?
