3rd - yeah there is only one female admin, c'est moi. It would be cool to have more I guess, but it's never really been something that's come up before so thanks for raising it.

Also, the reasons that the admin team are all from the same "frienship group" are:

1. None of us have any other friends, and this way we can pretend we have a cool group to hang out with;

2. The admins are the people who initially put together/help maintain the site so it's not so wierd really;

3. We actually are a bunch of crypto-fascists
