A report of spontaneous events taking place in and around the Sorbonne right now.

Taken from Paris Indymedia (monday 4pm):

1500 people have met at the main lecture hall at the Sorbonne medical school. They voted: to continue to strike until the withdrawal of Cpe, and in favour of the reopening of the Sorbonne (which is to be closed for one week on decision of the vice-chancellor).

After this, the students and their supporters (high school kids and the students of other universities) met with others at the Place de la Sorbonne and the Boulevard Saint Michel. As I speak 1500 are moving towards Boulevard Saint German.
