Second meeting of the Anarchist Faction of NAN met last night.
A guest speaker spoke on "The Cancelling out of Ideological Praxis: How Neo-Marxism washes its hands of its own History."
This was our first meeting around a kitchen table. We bought three bottles of Domain Gabor Pinot Noir 2006 from the supermarket and it worked out considerably cheaper than rounds in the pub.
It is our custom at the end of each meeting to donate some money to a good cause. Someone proposed a donation to a Labour Party Campaign Fund but this was felt to be irresponsible in the current political climate and would give AF/NAN a bad name. We will send the change from the wine bill to the Book Fair Appeal.
