couldn't find this anywhere else on libcom, so i thought i'd start a thread. i need some pointers to find out about the dark side of this 'Great Leader'. i already know about his opposition to Indian self-rule, but that's about it. i've heard that he was a really nasty bugger, but can't find any sources on teh interwebs.

The annual Gay Pride parade in Manchester is , and has been for some years, a pretty appalling spectacle of all that's worst about capitalist equality, sponsored by an alliance of the local state, big business and the local pink pound.

With Russian and Georgian forces directly in conflict with one another, the conflict seems to be broadly sketched as Russian aggression against a "rebel" neighbor (Times headline this morning). Not surprising given Georgia is a NATO aspirant, US ally and participant in Western aggression in Kosovo, Iraq and Afghanistan.
