Having over 20 years of home financing and short sale experience in the Sacramento area has been a great pleasure for me and our neighbors. Helping home buyer obtain the best posible financing and serving my home town for so long has never felt like a career. In the part 9 years sales has changed so much and has now gone into almost all on the internet that when i have time to help some one in peorson i feel very obligated to go way out of my way to get them way better of a home loan that they would if they had gone on line and requested one. I have also served being a consultant to a home loan locating morgage company inside Roseville and Folsom location. Prior to joining your granit bay group i was in real estate for 10 years as a sales peorson so i learned first hand how important a great loan is. It produce a huge difference in payment to get a bad loan.
