This has to be the most grovelling article yet about Blair.

Its hard to know where to start on this, but The Guardian do not even seem to have noticed how phsyically shattered Blair looks these days (note his deathly pallour in his first post-bomb press conference, and his tantrum at critics about debt relief at Gleneagles)

I think he will go later this year, certainly in time for the local elections next year.

Yes, that's exactly how he looks. Though doesn't he deserve it. Maybe a bit optimistic that he'll go later this year though I think.
