Header bar

Is anyone having trouble reading the grey text (menu links) on teh right of the header bar?

I'm aware Internet Explorer is screwing up libcom.org on the top left a bit.

If there are any other issues, let me know here.

The text is just about readable for me, but I would prefer it to be the same as "libcom.org" on the other side.

aligned.

Re: dark grey - yeah i like that grey. So cant think of what to do with the logo at the moment to make the black in the star stand out. Maybe if someone who knows how to use photoshop puts a light border around it or something that would work.

No idea why it isnt working properly in IE.... If anyone knows any CSS and can help out:

#header {
  background-color: #333333;
  border-bottom: solid #666666 1px;
}
#logo {
  vertical-align: middle;
  border: 0;
}
#logo img {
  float: left;
  padding: 0.2em 0.5em 0em 1em;
  border: 0;
}
#menu {
  /* padding: 0.5em 0.5em 0 0.5em;*/
  text-align: right;
  vertical-align: middle;
}
.site-name {
  font-family: verdana, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;
  font-size: 10px;
  color: #fff;
  display: block;
  padding: 0em 0.5em 0em 0em;
  font-weight: bold;
}
.site-name a:link, .site-name a:visited {
  color: #fff;
}
.site-name a:hover {
  text-decoration: underline;
}
#primary {
  font-family: verdana, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;
  font-size: 10px;
  padding: 0em 0.5em 0em 0em;
  color: #999999;
}
#primary a {
  font-weight: bold;
  color: #CCCCCC;
}
#primary a hover {
  font-weight: bold;
  color: #ccc;
}

      <?php if ($logo) { ?><a>" title="<?php print t('Home') ?>"><img>" alt="<?php print t('Home') ?>" /></a><?php } ?>
      <?php if ($site_name) { ?><a>" title="<?php print t('Home') ?>"><?php print $site_name ?></a><?php } ?>
      <?php if ($site_slogan) { ?><?php print $site_slogan ?><?php } ?>

      <?php if (isset($secondary_links)) { ?><?php print theme('links', $secondary_links) ?><?php } ?>
      <?php if (isset($primary_links)) { ?><?php print theme('links', $primary_links) ?><?php } ?>
      <?php print $search_box ?>

    <?php print $header ?>

Bits you are looking at are logo, primary links and site name.

Thanks for the offer JK. If its good i'll stick it in smile

When we figure out how we will get page numbers for forums at the top.

At the bottom we have a different menu eventually i think.

css - try display:inline for image/logo - working fine in ff for me.

text on right - grey looks out of focus, can we have ffffff or nearly white?

Yeah works fine in ff, but ie cant handle css properly.

Tried that catch - doesnt work.

Re: txt color - changed it to white, still showing as light grey though. If it doesnt sort itself out i will go back to it.

Colors are fixed.

The problem in IE is because IE doesnt handle the float property of CSS correctly.

re: colors - I deleted the file on the server and re-uploaded it. Something was getting stuck somewhere.

#footer .title {
display: none;
}

we'll need to sort the menu css out when we've got two items because it'll go down instead of right.
