sorry - sac article I edited title to say swedish anarcho-syndicalist union cos people might not know what SAC is, also importantly added the tag strikes which should be on every article with anything to do with strikes (even if combined with general strikes, or wildcat strikes

They ain't anarcho syndicalist ffs.

That's what they call themselves, so that's enough for me for a news article.

Sorry.

also sorry - i'll try to go into admin panel at some point and edit the ones that have been done, but proper nouns (i.e. words which have capitals in normally, like names, company names, city names etc.) should have their normal caps in the tags. So Oaxaca, JJB, Wigan, etc.

Sorry!

I think the way to get round ppl giving wrong tags is a way to figure out promoted tags vs. tags which exist but are lost in the ether somewhere. No idea how to implement this.

i don't think it'll every be perfect, esp as the site gets bigger. just have to hope more people become active editors and more people get more of a picture of what tags are in use and which aren't to edit + then delete unused ones... and a big note saying DON'T create new ones unless it's a city/country that doesn't have one yet, or you're absolutely SURE we can't do without it.

yeah i didn't get a PM. but best to just post in this forum; that way we can know if someone else has done it already. Ideally people will only PM admins if the feedback or comments they are giving are confidential.

Laure Akai's articles - added a couple of tags; Poland, comment & analysis, health and safety, mining.

cheers Laure, good stuff!

edit: i also decapitalised the title of the 'Halemba mine tragedy ...' piece in line with the newswire style convention, and added a link to the previous Halemba story.

I was just explaining what was what, because I had listed the numbers of trains running on the different services.

The cops being sentenced? I was going to do them as one then I decided to seperate them cause it was getting a bit long. I thought you'd schedule them, have you scheduled the other one?

ubuesque just means farcical, it's a reference to Jarry's play Pere Ubu.

broke up paragraphs = leaving a line between them?

ah ok cheers. yeah put a line between them.

i don't think we can delay stuff if it's already in moderation; think we can only do that the moment it's submitted, but that's cool 2 stories in one...

yeah delayed publishing only works if you do it before you submit it - otherwise it's already published.

not sure how that reminded you, it was a libcom donation iirc and you definitely cheated, I just can't figure out where I'd already said it.

Of the 4000 facing redundancy only 400 will be able to take early retirement, leaving the rest of the employees stranded in an area already crippled by production. this doesn't make sense to me. It is from the VW plant closure article.
