What is with pdf

Whenever I click to open articles in pdf, I am led to home page. Why? How can I view articles in pdf?

hi kamalakar,

you have to remove the "library/" from the url of the pdf file - all the files are there but the links are wrong (its a problem caused by moving the site from another server)

Cut and pasted from MATB:
I've a fair few pdfs of EP Thompson and some other fairly interesting stuff about union decline, organisational misbehaviour and the like. Not sure if I can stick them up on Libcom, I know I could have a while ago - but that option seems to have gone. If any of ye are Libcomist's PM me and I and I can email them to ye if you have the sufficent access to stick them up. They are off varying quality, I would cut and paste text (nasty hours of editing await, eh?) only but some of them are lower quality and OCR doesn't work on them.

Sounds good to me.

If you don't mind putting them up yourself I'll make sure you've got access.

Sound. Not so long ago when I went to the add content node I was able to publish to the library, never did but those days seem to have passed. If ye give us the access I'll get sime some stuff up, not till next week. Busy with some college shite.

Hey, I tried uploading PDF's to no avail today. I can do text for the library grand at the posting node, but there's no upload box for other files.

Hmm if you scroll down beyond the text box there is no expandable menu called "File attachments"?

There should be one, i guess your permissions still arent quite right....

Gunna have to wait for catch on this one - we have a bunch of user groups and im not sure whic one it is meant to be.

Catch - do we need all of those or are some redundant now?
