We are very grateful to a comrade from Manchester Solidarity Federation for lending us a book entitled ‘Building the Union: Studies on the growth of the workers’ movement: Merseyside, 1756-1967′. Below we publish several extracts from the book specifically about anarcho-syndicalism locally in the early part of the 20th century.

Would it be worth putting the whole document in the libcom library?

By the way, how do you go about sticking something in the library/history bit? Do I have to email it to someone or can I just upload it myself?

Nah, all registered users can submit content. Just go to the bar at the top of the page and click 'submit content' and then choose the type of content you want to upload i.e. news, history, images etc..
