torries to scrap human rights act

so this morning I woke up only to find this nice little gem when checking my messages. appariently the government now plans as one of it's first acts to scrap the human rights act and replace it with a bill that allows them to "kick out those who do not belong here"

after about an hour of research all I can find is a few scant hints as to what the new british bill of rights contains... other than it sounds a lot like the proposed bill of rights that UKIP planned to implement which would allow them to kick out anyone not british born or who don't adhear to british customs and culture.

has anyone been able to find more concrete details on this propossed "bill of rights"

and in all honestly I fear that we may be heading towards some serious trouble down the road. to quote a well used statement

First they came for the Socialists, and I did not speak out—
Because I was not a Socialist.
Then they came for the Trade Unionists, and I did not speak out—
Because I was not a Trade Unionist.
Then they came for the Jews, and I did not speak out—
Because I was not a Jew.
Then they came for me—and there was no one left to speak for me.
