August 1928 report-back on IWMA Execo Meeting, Paris

Of note, an immigrant "Action Committee" was formed in Paris "having become necessary because of the great influx of foreign workers in France. The chief work of the Action Committee will be propaganda and organization of foreign [workers], particularly those arriving from Italy, Spain and the Balkan countries, great numbers active union men (sic) having been compelled to flee their native lands."

"Another important resolution...concerns closer cooperation and more effective work with the International Anti-Militarist Bureau ...this resolution provides for the organization of a Joint Action Committee (IAC)....based on the principles of the IWMA and IAMB..."
