Page 2 is blank in this PDF, but I don't think it'd be possible to fix that without re-scanning the original document.

Thanks for sorting these R Totale. There are copies on archive.org too but I think they are the same ones. (Uploaded by the slightly odd TomQ who also archives neonazi skinhead material!).

Ah, cheers for the tip - the TomQ archive.org version does have the page 2, and it also has issue 2, which seems to be missing from the issuu scans.
