Structure of choosing delegates

Submitted by RigntfulEmperor on July 11, 2017

An idea that I've heard is sometimes supported in the anarcho communist political theory is the organization's workers choosing certain people to act as delegates or temporary organizers. The delegates would meet with other delegates from organizations. Although I support this idea, what would the delegate's responsibilities be? Any help?

this is a document from afed about how decision making is organised

https://afed.org.uk/about/decision-making/

solfed has a section on decision making in their constitution http://solfed.org.uk/solfed/solfed-constitution

other groups will have there own implementations

The delegate's responsibilities would be mandated, i.e. decided by those who elect the delegate.
