The Gwynedd 3 conspiracy trial was the outcome of the latest unsuccessful attempt by the British state to catch members of the Welsh nationalist Meibion Glyndwr.
Sacked union convenor reinstated at Linamar Swansea
Rob Williams, the union convenor sacked at the Linamar plant in Swansea, has been reinstated just hours before plant workers were due to go on strike.
Workers at the Linamar (formerly Visteon) plant were due to begin strike action at 6am this morning. Workers had overwhelmingly voted in support of an indefinite 'all-out' strike, with the chief demand being the reinstatment of their fellow worker and union convenor. The vote had an 88% turn-out.
Linamar workers in Swansea to strike this Thursday
Workers at the Linamar plant in Swansea are set to strike this Thursday in support of sacked union convenor Rob Williams.
Following recent news that workers in Swansea's Linamar (formerly Visteon) plant had overwhelmingly voted in favour of industrial action in support of sacked union convenor Rob Williams, it was announced last week that the indefinite all-out strike is set to begin at 6am Thursday 11 June.
Swansea Linamar workers to strike in support of sacked convenor
Workers at the Linamar plant in Swansea have voted in favour of an all-out strike in support of sacked union convenor Rob Williams.
Following the sacking of Unite union convenor Rob Williams at the Swansea Linamar plant, other workers have voted to strike to have their colleague reinstated. It is understood that turnout for the vote was 88%, with 139 voting 'yes' in support of the strike, and 19 voting 'no' against it.

Unite union negotiates pay cut for members at Toyota
The Unite union has negotiated a 10% wage cut for its members at Toyota plants in Derby and North Wales.
Responding to an announcement from car manufacturer Toyota that production at its UK plants would be cut by 10%, with an associated cut in wages of 10%, Peter Tsouvallaris, Unite representative at the plant said: "Our members are reminded daily of the tremendous insecurity this recession has brought to our industry.
Welsh rail wildcat over pay
Passengers are facing "severe disruption" to Arriva Trains Wales rail services on Sunday due to unofficial industrial action.
Drivers' union Aslef said it was not supporting the action over pay.
Services cancelled include trains to Cardiff from Treherbert, Merthyr Tydfil, Aberdare, Ebbw Vale, Barry, Penarth, Bridgend and to Manchester. Arriva Trains Wales apologised and advised people to make alternative arrangements for any essential travel.
Energy wildcats continue to spread across the UK
The wave of wildcat strike action that has swept across the UK escalated today as hundreds more workers walked out in the protest at the exclusion of British workers from jobs.
Contract workers from the Sellafield nuclear site in Cumbria, the Heysham nuclear power station in Lancashire and a site at Staythorpe, in Nottinghamshire, joined the unofficial action over the hiring of Italian and Portuguese workers, which local unemployed British workers were unable to apply for on a Lincolnshire power station project.
Civil servants back industrial action over pay
A prolonged programme of industrial action, hitting civil and public services across the UK moved a step closer today, as PCS members backed strike action in a dispute over the government's 2% public sector pay cap.
80% of those balloted supported action short of strike, and 54% of those taking part in the ballot backed union plans for industrial action, which includes national civil service wide strikes, targeted strike action and overtime bans.
Local government pay: unions cave in
