This 1977 issue of Black Flag features a lengthy essay on the internal situation of East Germany (The German Democratic Republic) at a period where it had gained recognition from the international community but was at the edge of its fall into decline and collapse.

I have added this one to the black flag archive: http://libcom.org/library/black-flag
I've also renamed it so it is automatically sorted chronologically using alphabetical order. However, to make it go above the old issues I have had to set the "weight" in the book outline to "-1".
Please use the book outline to move the other issues into the black flag archive, and rename the issues in the same format as this one. If you need help doing this, I can try to do some of them.
In future the easiest way to add future issues is to go to the main black flag archive page and click "add child page". If any of this isn't clear or you need help or advice drop me a line!
Finally, removed a load of redundant tags. Things like this unless the issue is only about one topic I would leave all of the tags blank apart from the authors/groups field which I would put as Black Flag
