Yeah I'm pretty sure they don't. I'm not sure if they really exist. I found this discussion on a spanish site, which seems to say that they might not exist but there are a couple of local groups which call themselves FIJL, but I can't use google translate from work so not sure. Link

FIJL was resurrected in the 80s with CNT young members, and other anarchists. During the 90s FIJL had problems with some CNT federations, especially in Madrid. Some were expelled from it, other left by themselves. FIJL groups began to evolve towards greek and italian insurrectionism. In the late 90s they began to follow the anti-organisationalist (informalist) theories and disolved the federation.

In the last years there has been some groups trying to rebuild FIJL. However, the lack of seriousness and experience (too young ppl) of the groups makes difficult to start something.

Some new groups have tried to reorganize the FIJL, but old (90's) FIJL communicated that is still alive but clandestine (although they don't recognice themshelves as a federation, nor of young people, but they want to maintain the name).

So that new groups have named as FIJA (Federación Ibérica de Juventudes Anarquistas - Anarchist Youth Iberic Federation), and it seems they want to maintain good relations with CNT.

Here is his web:

The "old " Federation don't have site or way to get in touch with.

Their ideas sound close to the CNT - as opposed to the FIJL which I think had moved towards insurrectionism before pretty much disappearing. I don't think the imagery means very much.
