The thumbnails for these
The thumbnails for these images are not displaying. I'm 99% sure this is because the image file names have "&" in them. Image file names with spaces or funny characters in do not display. If you rename the image files "1-2" etc, then re-upload then they should display fine
deleted them all, renamed and

Does anyone know where I can
Does anyone know where I can find digital copies of these? I'm after #17 specifically. Any help would be very gratefully appreciated. Thanks.

as far as I know there aren't any online. I may scan them at some point and put them up, but it's not a priority as apparently they were mostly not very good.
I will try to do 17 though either late this week or early next week for you
Or you could try ringing up
Or you could try ringing up Freedom bookshop and buying one, http://www.freedompress.org.uk/news/bookshop/
(Steven - worst sales technique ever, also what's with the putting things up without asking Freedom first? It's not like we play commercial hardball about it but y'know, politeness and comradely behaviour towards struggling bricks and mortar asset for the movement etc).

sorry, didn't know the situation with freedom and the Raven was different now. When I worked there they/we had thousands of copies of the Raven destroyed, following attempting to give away as many as possible (which were largely unsuccessful)!
Should I take it then that you don't want them put online?
No worries, yeah we did dump
No worries, yeah we did dump a load as we just ran out of space but we've still got sets for sale knocking around that sell bits and pieces sometimes. We might be up for it (personally I think it could be a good plan if there was a plug for getting hardcopies or something alongside) but I'd need to take the idea to the collective if that's ok?

sure, please do that and let me know. We could put a link to the online store saying buy hardcopies/subscribe to freedom etc
Personally, I argued against the destruction of the books, saying that instead we should try to give them away. However we weren't very successful at this, so the pulpers won out!
K had the monthly Freedom
K had the monthly Freedom meeting last night and people reckoned putting it up with hardcopy plug was fine. They also suggested doing so for Anarchy, if we can hunt down the various issues (we only have two full sets afaik so can't really spare them for the cut n scan process you guys do).

hi, that's really great, thanks!
I have uploaded issue 17 here: http://libcom.org/library/raven-17-use-land
that is also brilliant with Anarchy. However I can't scan things page by page for health reasons. Could someone volunteer to do this? We can provide a scanner if necessary…
