Abolish Work

The proletarian is a machine merely a class created by the production process of capital, correspondingly It's process upon which it labors (works) i.e. the labor process, can not be anything, but the simple reproduction of the working classes process, of its own slavery into capitalism, by reproducing and affirming itself as a class. But what exactly is the labor process? The labor process is the beating heart of capitalism in its social relations. It is the process of the valorization of capital (transformation into surplus value) it is the very thing that reproduces the whole mode of production and its class. The labor process carries out the very means upon which the power of capital is strengthened in the social relations of production and society. It reproduces the wealth of the capitalist. It strengthens it as a class by giving more means upon which it may express its imperialist interests over society (personal dictatorship of capital) it gives rise to the accumulation of capital and other ways for capital to accumulate. As the accumulation of capital finds for itself, new methods and means to accumulate. The labor process is the main relation of capitalist production that gives life to the entire mode of production. It is the heart of the capitalist mode of production. The labor process is merely the relation in capitalist mode of production, where it can carry out its simple reproduction. In order to live and expand work is thus a cage for the laboring man, binding him to wage slavery forcing him to reproduce the social means in hitherto society. Work in the capitalist mode of production is life's prime need. It forces the worker to sell his labor power to live, and for selling his labor power in return gets less than what he should have gotten. The capitalist robs him blind, by the surplus labor time i.e. the time after the necessary labor time (the time for the reproduction of consumption) is done, the production of surplus value. Work also has major physical and mental effects on the proletarian. Let us not forget that the proletarian's own labor is alien to them. As he sells his labor power, it is thus a commodity. Thus does not belong to him For the time that being the capitalist buys the labor thus, the labor power of the own proletarian is therefore external to his essential being, he, in the words of marx “ does not confirm himself in his work, but denies himself feels miserable or not happy, and does not develop free mental and physical energy, mortified his flesh in ruins his mind”-( karl Marx, economic and philosophical manuscripts 1844) therefore, we see that none other than work i.e. labor process, is a capitalist social relation and world historical decapitalism, and for liberation of the proletariat (self abolition) the abolition of work must take place. Otherwise, the simple reproduction of hitherto relations shall take place. But what shall replace work? What will the process of laboring look like?When labor becomes life's prime want instead of need? What will work look like when the division of labor in all of its consequences are abolished? What will labor look like with the abolition of the proletariat? What will the communist production process look like? Of course it will be different, as it (labor process) is world historical that was produced by a world historical mode of production, it is nothing special or permanent. So what will Communist production look like? When the proletariat themselves and appropriate the means of production and the instruments of labor, but to truly transform the mode of production it cannot be subordinate to the division of labor, therefore, production must be made subject to each producer and must be made the property of all and the modern intercourse must be controlled by all the now free producers of society. Labor thus becomes free and associated labor i.e. labor free from the change of the wage relation and its laws, when labor becomes lifes, prime want in not need, when laboring is done for the betterment of society as a whole. When labor is no longer alien to the producers and is now done for the want of it and for society. The working day shall in the cooperative society, will be what is required for society (necessary labor time) in this society, the instruments of production will be in constant revolutionization, as to make the very act laboring, easier and more beneficial to society. In exchange for the labor given to society (lower phase of communism) the distribution is “ the save amount of labor which he has given to society in one form, here comes back in another”-(Karl Marx, critique of the Gotha Programme) But this form of distribution(equal right) is unequal right as one producer can be more mentally and or physically superior to another producer and thus allowing him to produce longer than the other. But this form of unequal right will be overcome with the development of the productive forces and with the development of the individual and the springs of the cooperative society, only then shall bourgeois right will be suppressed to its fullest and in turn distribution shall be on the basis “ from each according to his ability to each according to his needs”
