Dan died this morning. One of the founding members of the CWO in 1975, leaving some years later to join the ICC (believing there should be room in a single leftcom group for differences) Dan then left them when they demanded loyalty oaths during the idiocies of the Chenier affair. He then became the heart of the Communist Bulletin group. A life long working class militant, Dan leaves Moira, his wife of almost 60 years, and son Danny. He was the best of us.
