The Communist is a journal based in the current of the Dutch-German and Italian left communism. It hereby declares:

1. Affirm that workers' interests are the same everywhere and that proletariat have no interest in common with their exploiters, no matter the nationality of either.
2. Communism is a stateless, classless, marketless, propertyless society without borders where production is carried on for the satisfaction of human needs and regulated by the producers themselves.
3. The Philippines is not semi-feudal, semicolonial but a capitalist country, like all others.
4. The Philippine left, like the international left, is the left of capital as they serve the interests of the bourgeoisie.
5. Denounce unions and parliament as tools of the capitalist system to maintain its rule upon the proletariat.
6. A revolution by the international proletariat is necessary to overthrow the capitalist system.
7. Denounce 'protracted people's war' as against the interests of the working class.
8. Reject all forms of interclassism whether it’d be nationalism, feminism, environmentalism etc. as contrary to the concern of the proletariat in its struggle against capitalism.
9. The Communist Party - the international class political organisation of the proletariat, formed out of the most advanced elements of the class in a revolutionary period.
10. Agitate for the self-organization of workers and the creation of mass organs in its struggle as the only possible way for its own emancipation.
