The Technique of Happiness

Originally published in 1921, this book was Franz Jung's main theoretical work where he condensed Social Criticism, Psychoanalysis, Utopia and Politics into an action perspective of Critical Praxis. For Jung, the inner isolation of the individual leads to the development of a parasitic hostility to life which must be broken down in order to counteract the susceptibility of the isolated to catastrophe.
