Direct Action was published by the Industrial Workers of the World Australian Administration.
It printed 135 issues between January 1914 and August 1917. Twelve more issues were published between May 1928 and May 1929 and another two in November 1930. A history of the paper can be found here.

From September 1914 to the beginning of 1915.
From mid January 1915 to June 1915, includes an expanded May Day Issue (No.28).
From mid June to October 1915, includes the first weekly issue of Direct Action (No.40).

… Although having a look, at the tags you can just feel free to tag the parent page and leave the child pages. So for "publications" for example, if you go to it now you just have an entire page full of different batches of Direct Action (http://libcom.org/tags/publications) whereas it would be better to just have the one entry. But don't worry, I will go through them and remove the tags on the child pages

You probably hit the upload limit for contributors. I have tried to increase the limit. Let me know if that didn't work (I ran into a related problem, so if it didn't work won't be able to sort it until tomorrow probably)
Nope still receiving the
Nope still receiving the error, I tried making a child page to get around it and that didn't work either.
Also I'm getting similar errors while trying to add attachments to other pages.

I am getting validation errors quite a lot adding attachments. But if you post the article with no attachments, then edit it and add them afterwards it seems to mostly work. It's annoying having to do this workaround, but until we sort the problem it will probably continue

So far its working again on here, but I still get the validation error on other pages. And I can't really do what you do since I'm adding attachments to existing articles.
