Red and Black is also a popular colour scheme for latin american leftist movements, sandinistas, Castro's July 26th movement etc, which Corbyn has been associated with for a long time, so that might explain the resemblance. They have library that stopped updating in 2021, though the twitter is still active, mostly retweeting others. Probably just one person left in charge of the socials.
