I just posted the following on my Fb account. Am I liable for libel or any other criminal charges? Thanks in advance.
What an utter c£$t. [Symbols £ & $ represent letters forming an expletive word]

FOOTNOTE: This passage written by a contributor to Wikipedia on Goss's page is actually much funnier than my crass post:
'On 21 August 2023 he sentenced Letby to life imprisonment with a whole-life order on seven charges of murder... Letby consequently became one of the most prolific convicted murderers in British legal history...'

Potentially, but the risk is probably low. You appear to be making a judgement about an individual's character rather than making specific allegations about their behaviour or activities.
It is unlikely that the named individual will see your comment or if they did that they would single you out for prosecution. (My assumption is that there are a number of other people commenting on them on the internet, who may have a greater audience).
Potentially other people - cops, moderators, people who don't like you, might identify your use of intemperate language as likely to cause offence. That could be a public order offence under the Public Order Act 1986, specifically Section 5.

That is what Mrs said when I asked the same question. Thought about taking it down today but I really think it's true. It's only my judgement, as you say. If Gov UK wants to bring me up over a corrupt official, I'll see them in court.
