It's great that you guys are putting out a free, regular newsletter. However in terms of this particular issue I'm afraid I found the first sentence a bit offputting:
That seems like an extremely bold statement, do you have evidence that that is true, in a UK setting, i.e. that the majority of ill-health in the UK is caused by that? Not being aware of any specific evidence, it seems to me that's pretty unlikely
