It might just be me but I get a "whoops something broke" error message when I click on the PDFs of these issues.

Maybe because there are spaces in the urls? I tried renaming one of them a while back but that didn't work either.
Try replacing the '#' with
Try replacing the '#' with %23 in the url at the whoops screen, seemed to work when I did it (think that might be some reserved character or something). You can then download and re-upload it without the '#'.

Np, bit confused why the site
Np, bit confused why the site converts spaces to %20 in the url (don't think spaces are an issue in file names) but not '#'. Would think if the '#' is not allowed then you'd get some error message when trying to upload a file with that character in the name (not a web dev so I don't really know). I look forward to the site upgrade anyway.
