Anyone know much about aquaculture?
I am taking a course on 'food security', and I feel like they've really being try to sell the idea of aquaculture being the answer to increasing global food security, because terrestrial based production can't be expanded any further, because wild fisheries have already reached their limit and because the oceans cover 71% of the Earths surface, so we should farm fish more, although the fish being farmed are being fed other smaller fishes that are caught from wild fisheries and are reduced into fishmeal.
