With the 60th anniversary coming up of the Hungarian Revolution in '56, I was thinking of having a public meeting or film screening. I was wondering if anyone could suggest a film. The ones I found straight off the bat don't look very promising, Freedom's Fury and Children of Glory. I haven't watched them yet, but they look like they're going to parrot the usual line that the mainstream paints of the revolution. Hoping to find something that goes more into the worker's councils etc. Anyone know of anything? If I can't find anything, might just do a lecture, but I'd rather not.
