Bolivia

Looking for information on the Bolivian Centro Obrero Libertario. According reporting in by the French CGT-SR (1936) this organization was affiliated with the IWA (ACAT).

I am wondering if this is different from the Federación Obrera Local )FOL) which I always thought was the ACAT affiliate.

(See: https://www.acat-ait.org/1936/06/01/las-secciones-de-la-ait-en-las-americas-en-1936/?fbclid=IwAR3fasgTcFSZnUpAGb9s7Et7_hmbwfElSaN_ogLwsY-0iR-6Z33WsMi3oZo )

Additionally interested in the La Federación Obrera Femenina (FOF) initiated in 1927 by the FOL.
According to this Wikipedia entry, the FOF existed from 1927-1964.

Any clarification, links, etc would be appreciated.
