So, this may well come to nothing, but there's the strike happening in Tower Hamlets, as reported on by Let's Get Rooted comrades, and I noticed that there's also a national pay claim negotiation, where Unite nationally, and at least some regions of Unison, are recommending that members reject. Is this the start of the first great workplace dispute of the covid era? Or are Unite and Unison just going to make militant noises for a bit and then cave in at the first possible opportunity? Or is something else different going to happen, I dunno? Any thoughts?
