The last US-enforced regime change in Iran, the 1953 Coup that ousted Mohammad Mosaddegh, should be at the back of our minds through this latest wave of propaganda. I have huge admiration for the Iranian protestors. However, I can't shake the feeling that Western media is playing upon recent events in order to stoke up another imperialist war in the region.
