I know Charities don't solve any basic social problems but still, MSF(UK) is one of the few charities that I have had some respect for and made regular donations to - I like the title and much of the work they do in desperate situations - and although much of it involves volunteers no charities operating on that scale do so without paid organisers and staff, some no doubt well paid but clearly others poorly paid and often not well treated as this report demonstrates:
