But this should also be read against the reasoning and claims made for this switch to an increased Fiscal Push amidst largely ineffective further cuts by the worlds Central Banks to counter the ongoing global economic crisis, when it's that crisis that has produced the bottom line borrowing costs now justifying the turn to Fiscal measures!
At best short term respite but no solutions.
